About Lecas Leather

LECAS Leather is a premium leather goods manufacturer based in Hanoi, Vietnam, specializing in handcrafted bags, wallets, and accessories. Established in 2015 by a team of experienced artisans, LECAS built a strong reputation domestically but faced significant barriers when trying to expand internationally.

Before the transformation project, LECAS had limited visibility outside Vietnam, minimal international buyer engagement, and lacked a digital system to attract, nurture, and close B2B customers globally.
